Recently Cindy said that she is trying to teach her kids healthy eating habits…
“I do want my kids to see their mom eating normally. If we go for ice cream I might get the tiny size but I’ll eat it. I don’t want my daughter to think she can’t eat ice cream.”
I think that’s a great idea. The way that they grow up seeing their body is the way they will always see it. I think you can eat anything you want…as long as it’s in moderation.
